Water Crosses Every Boundary. So Should the Response.
Water moves across property lines, district borders, sectors and mandates. Any response that does not cross those same boundaries will always be smaller than the problem it is trying to solve.
That is the entire reason KIWI is built around partnership. We connect stakeholders, mobilise investment, facilitate collaboration and deliver solutions on the ground — so that a corporate water commitment, a government mandate, a research programme and a community’s own priorities can become one coordinated piece of work instead of four disconnected ones.
We are early, and we say so plainly. Partnering with KIWI now means shaping how this organisation develops, not inheriting someone else’s version of it.

From First Conversation to Work on the Ground
No lengthy proposal process to begin with. We start by understanding what you need and what the landscape needs, then find where those overlap.
Conversation
We talk about your mandate, your commitments and your constraints — and we are honest about what KIWI can and cannot deliver today.
Scoping
Together we identify where your contribution meets a real need in the catchment, and which of our six pillars it belongs to.
Design & Agreement
We co-design the work with the communities involved, agree what success looks like, and set out how it will be measured and reported.
Delivery & Reporting
The work runs on the ground and results are reported openly — including the parts that did not go to plan.
A note on our size. KIWI currently runs one clean water programme across four schools. We would rather tell you that upfront than present a picture we cannot back. If you are looking for an organisation to help build, this is the right moment to talk.
